Business executive and consultant with 16 years of multidisciplinary experience leading investment, analytical, and communicational projects across a wide range of industries. Philipp supported strategic development in major corporations in energy, oil & and gas, logistics, and manufacturing, and worked with regional governments to foster economic development and attract human capital.

He spearheaded major summits and forums that each hosted thousands of attendees and hundreds of international speakers on urban development, sustainability, innovation, business, and economy. Developed strategies for international expansion and fundraised for companies in media, biotech, IT, and education. Philipp was also in charge of global research projects in urban studies and regional economic development.

Philipp has a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Economic Relations and a Certificate of Business Appraisal from the Financial Academy of the Government Federation of Russia.
